Membership
The intent of BASC is to support the progression of its members toward trialing and earning titles in IGP/Schutzhund. Members should be committed to training their dog in all three Schutzhund phases—obedience, tracking, and protection—if the dog is suited for the work. BASC does not offer general obedience classes, AKC training classes, puppy classes, behavior modification or personal protection training.
Prospective members are welcome to contact us and schedule a time to attend a training. Serious inquiries only. Visitors are allowed to attend 4 training sessions as guests (see field and helper fees below) before membership and paid annual club dues is required. Membership fees will be discussed at the time of application.
